<p><strong>WHAT WE DO</strong><br />We work on getting your body adapted to basic exercises like squats, hinges, pushes and pulls. Making sure you know how to challenge your body in a SAFE way, is extremely important. You will learn a lot about the function of the core musculature, stability, mobility, strength and how to implement certain exercises to your daily routine.</p>

<p>Love training outdoors! Was a bit hesitant about the winter months, but that is all gone. You can dress for the cold and the venue is covered against the rain.</p>

<p>Level 3 at Go Outdoors has been great. Thanks to the intense programming of focusing on two moves for 4 weeks, it has allowed me to really see the progression with my strength training. </p>



<p>Each session finishes with a fast cardio circuit which means that my overall fitness has improved vs just strength. The expertise &amp; focus that both Teun &amp; Casper have on technique &amp; form, means that I’ve felt confident to lift very heavy weights throughout the sessions. </p>



<p>Training outdoors has also been a blessing in disguise, might not sound that appetizing through the winter but everything from the lights, the heaters, the equipment &amp; the layouts meant that we’ve been able to train just as well as we would anywhere else, with the added safety bonus.</p>

<p>Het is leuk om in level 2 op een andere manier te trainen. Heel erg gefocust op techniek en goed meetbaar hoeveel sterker je wordt in een aantal weken.</p>



<p>Mijn techniek van de deadlift en de squat is duidelijk verbeterd door level 2. 1 herhaling doen met zoveel mogelijk gewicht voelt heel sterk. En maakt het denk ik ook makkelijker om daarna met een hoger gewicht meerdere herhalingen te doen. Dus duidelijke progressie.</p>



<p>Ik vind het buiten trainen bij GO super fijn. Lekker in de frisse lucht. Als het regent sta je droog en door meteen te beginnen heb je het nooit koud.</p>

<p>If you are in between levels, if you don&#8217;t have time for a six or eight-week project or just want to get challenged and be outside, the single sessions grouptrainings are a great option for you.</p>
<p>We host single sessions 4 times a week and they have different schedules every week. We always work on core, basic movement, stability and mobility.<br /><br />TRAINING SCHEDULE JULI/AUG/SEPT 2021:<br />Mon &#8211; Wed &#8211; Thu from 19:00h &#8211; 20:15h<br />Sat from 12:00h &#8211; 13:15h<br /><br /></p>
<p>Basic knowledge on training is required for these grouptrainings. You can join these trainings if you have completed Level1, Level2 or Level3, or have had personal training here at GO! before. If you haven&#8217;t, you are more than welcome to sign up for either one of those trainings! </p>
