With every workout built upon the previous one, our lead trainer Teun together with his team of experienced instructors will gain an in-depth understanding of your team’s fitness levels. Our training
programs
We will focus on building strength, conditioning and injury prevention. We train the body as a whole by doing compound, total body exercises like squats, dead lifts, pushes and pulls and etc.
You will learn how to use your body effectively, while fostering a strong team spirit by conquering challenges together.
Our programs are divided by modules and organised around different levels of intensity and duration. In each module you will learn about a different health topic (e.g. sleep, stress management, nutrition, toxics prevention and etc).
