Sjoerd’s Story
From endurance athlete to well-rounded strength machine.
Sjoerd was already fit, but wanted to become stronger, build muscle, and gain more energy. With structure, technique and consistency, he transformed his strength and physique.
His Goal
Get stronger, build muscle, increase energy and develop healthier habits.
Starting Point
Sjoerd already boxed, ran and trained twice per week — but lacked a proper strength foundation and technique.
Our Approach
We focused on building a solid foundation: squats, deadlifts, pressing and pulling. With proper technique for the first time, he progressed rapidly.
The Process
For a full year, Sjoerd was extremely consistent. Every 3–4 weeks we introduced a fresh program, which he executed with dedication.
The Result
He is broader, stronger and more capable than ever. Now that he stopped drinking alcohol completely, his progress is accelerating even more.
Next Step
We cycle hypertrophy and neurological phases. The next chapter: improving mobility to unlock his full potential.
