Andrei’s Story
From “training is boring” to unstoppable progress.
Andrei wanted to lose fat, build strength, and most of all, finally enjoy training. Through structure, guidance and consistency, he discovered how powerful good training can be.
His Goal
Fat loss, strength gain, enjoying training, and learning how to train effectively and safely.
Starting Point
Although Andrei had already lost almost 10 kg on his own, he found strength training boring and repetitive. He had never learned proper technique or progressive overload, which kept him from real progress.
Our Approach
We began with a clear structure: his calorie intake, macronutrients and habits were aligned with his goals. We added tools to improve energy, health and performance.
In training, the focus was consistency, technique and progressive loading. Andrei never skipped a session — his mindset is one of the strongest we’ve seen.
The Process
Each week he became stronger, more aware and more muscular. He enjoyed the training more and more, and his growth over nine months has been remarkable.
The Result
Andrei is leaner, stronger than ever, and has developed a genuine love for training. His awareness around health and nutrition has increased tremendously.
Next Step
The next step is empowering Andrei to train fully independently — with confidence in his technique and programming.

Training with Teun and Erick has taught me that with the right guidance and trust, you can achieve far more than you ever imagined, while still enjoying the process even when it’s challenging. When I started, I believed my strength had clear limits, now I see those limits are much farther away than I ever thought possible.
