Founder & Trainer Teun
My Mission & Expertise: My name is Teun, founder of GO! OUTDOORTRAINING. Movement is not a hobby for me, it is a fundamental human need. From a young age I spent long days hiking in the mountains, later playing basketball at a semi-professional level.
Today, I train my body so I can surf, snowboard, complete long alpine routes, trail run, and spend multiple days moving independently through the mountains. I believe that in modern society we experience too little physical resistance. My mission is to teach people how to tolerate stress and recover more effectively by creating effective rest.
The Outdoor ApproachTraining is about more than exercise alone. Movement, resistance, and recovery form the foundation, but I also actively coach clients on lifestyle factors such as healthy routines, sleep, nutrition, and stress regulation. I work with people recovering from injuries, preparing for physical challenges, or those who simply sit too much.
The Personal DriveNature and the mountains play a central role. For me, a mountain journey is a metaphor for life. Step by step, with focus and without constant distraction, you reach heights you never thought possible. I guide clients with respect for the body, the environment, and the process.

Trainer Erick
My Mission & Expertise: My name is Erick, a personal trainer with a strong focus on strength, functionality, and sustainable movement. For over six years, I have helped people build strong and resilient bodies that move efficiently both in daily life and beyond.
My specialization lies in developing functional strength. Training is never random; every movement has a purpose. The goal is not just to get stronger, but to build a body that moves better, works together as a system, and adapts to real-life demands. I believe every body is unique and requires an individualized approach.
The Outdoor ApproachMy coaching starts with observation and assessment. Before any training begins, I analyze posture and mobility to understand the body as a whole. Only then do I design targeted sessions that allow us to work effectively. Clients experience increased strength, improved body awareness, and visible improvements in posture.
The Personal DriveTraining outdoors provides fresh air, mental stimulation, and real challenges. Especially when conditions are less than ideal, outdoor training builds resilience. My coaching style is patient, attentive, and purposeful, knowing when to challenge people to step outside their comfort zone safely.
